Hi-Composite Carbon Tufo: Resistant, soft and comfortable

I fitted my new Tufo Hi-Composite Carbon tires about a month ago. After 1000 km, on roads that were not always of good quality, with many holes and uneven ground, the Tufo proved to be comfortable and soft, with a firm and constant tread, without compromising safety.

The application of a puncture-proof composite layer and a high-carbon tread compound made it possible to use a thinner tread and still maintain high mileage. The thinner tread also reduces rolling resistance, while the tire maintains ideal shock absorption properties and high puncture resistance.

In the last Granfondo I competed in, the race was contested at high speed, with wet ground for more than 70% of the route. Hi-Carbon were up to the task.

It's still too early to say, but in 1000 kms no wear has been noticed on any of the tires and so far, zero punctures, although you already know that sometimes it's a matter of luck.

Technical characteristics: Hi—Composite Carbon 25 - Tubular - 28" 25 mm - 300 g - 6–8 bar (90–115 p.s.i.)
